🛒 Placing & Managing Orders
- Begin by finding your desired product using the search bar or main menu.
- Click the cart icon to add the item to your cart.
- You can repeat the process if you’re buying multiple items.
- Once done, click “View Cart” at the top-right corner.
- Review your cart, then click “Checkout.”
- Fill in your delivery details, select a payment method, and click “Place Order.”
You’ll receive confirmation by email and SMS, along with your order number. A member of our team will contact you shortly after to finalize and confirm the order.

- Delivery Time: 48–72 working hours across Doha
- Delivery Schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Free Delivery: On all orders above QAR 199
Although we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur. Rest assured, we’ll notify you in advance if that happens.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Please enter accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Try to be available to receive the delivery in person.
- If the address changes after dispatch, additional charges may apply.
📌 **Important:** Once an order is signed for, no claims for damages can be accepted. In some cases, we may ask for photo ID to verify the recipient.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
- Accepted Returns
- Items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect (wrong item/package).
- Must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.
However, we cannot accept returns for:
- Misused, mishandled, or damaged items caused by user error
- Products with signs of wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or negligence
- Return Confirmation

- Submit your order number, along with clear pictures or video and the package condition.
- Return Delivery Fee
- If the issue is our fault (e.g., defective or wrong product), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Otherwise, a return shipping fee of QAR 15 will be charged.
